All main season prices quoted are for 7 nights. We will always beat any quote you have from an online booking website.
No Booking Fees !!!
Polite Note: Our energy costs have more than tripled in the last few months, we are trying not to pass this on to our guests. We would really appreciate your consideration when using electricity, eg by turning down or turning off the heaters when you are out.
The cottage is also available for short breaks out of main season, minimum 3 nights charged on a nightly rate from £160 per night.

Payment can be made via the Book Now Button, PayPal, credit card or bank transfer (please contact me and I will give details). A 25% deposit will secure your booking, the balance will be due 30 days before arrival. A refundable security deposit of £100 is charged with each booking, payable with the balance payment 30 days before arrival.
All payments are 50% refundable up to 30 days before arrival, non-refundable within the 30 days before arrival.
